Not sure if IC GP10 #8174 is running long nose forward or if it is pushing with short nose forward. This Illinois Central GP10 #8174 started out as Union Pacific GP9 #154-B before being rebuilt as ICG GP10 #8174 and later relettered IC #8174 with the black shroud paint scheme and the "I-ball" logo. It was eventually sold to Mississippi Delta RR on 1/16/1996. The photo is from the Conniff collection. |
