Bottom Photo: Partially visible here is Conrail engine #6448, an SD40-2 built by GM-EMD in September of 1978 and rated at 3,000 HP. It's pulling CR G52L gondola #503030 that was built in 1964 at Samuel Rea as PRR H-43 100-ton hopper #227603 and later renumbered CR H-43 #476303. |
