Built by the Canadian Locomotive Company in 1913 as Intercolonial Railway of Canada (IRC) #272. It was sold to the Canadian Govenment Railways (CGR) in 1916 and became CGR #272. In 1919 after the railroad mergers, it was renumbered CN 2340. It met the scrapper's torch in February of 1956. Ray Deshenes photo. No date or location was given fthe photo. |
