Nice color slide taken by an unidentified rail fan of Columtus & Greenville GP7 #608 sitting in the Columbus yard. Origimally built by EMD in September of 1952 as Florida East Coast #608, the loco served the FEC for around 25 years before landing on the Columbus & Greenville Rwy roster sometime in the late 1970's. It lasted on the CAGY roster until being scrapped in 2009. This is a color slide taken by an unidentified railfan. |
