| This former boxcar was converted into a maintenance of way "Signal Dept" car. It was sitting with the Erie "Carpenters Diner" and "Carpenters Sleeper" cars on a siding in Warsaw, IN. Hoosier rail entusiast Richard (Dick) Berry took the photo. Athough the film roll was light struck, it does give us an historical view of the Erie MOW cars. This image was made from his original negative now in my collection. |
