Louis Brzuchalski General NW 2578, built as NKP 578, C420, 6-64, serial 84792, order/frame 21198. This was the last new locomotive purchased by the Nickel Plate Road. In 5 months, NKP was merged into the N&W, November 1, 1964. Only C420 purchased by the NKP. 2/24/2005 7:30:30 PM
