Class CF-4 (CFR-4, CFR-6, CFR-10, CFR-12, CFR-13, CFR-14, CFR-17) wagons entered service between 1968 and 1978 and were converted from Class BA, CA and D wagons beginning in 2003. They are open wagons designed to transport coal.
