Tom Beckett	General	Good catch. Ex SOO non dynamic brake SD 40 in dual flag scheme was not a common unit, though a number of them did get this paint job. Most ran in SOO red/sh*te til retirement. I lived in NY at the time, and saw them on ex D&H trains pretty frequently.	10/13/2015 12:40:09 AM
