Here is a builder's photo of (L to R) Pennsylvania Railroad engines #9700 and three more "BF" Class units whose numbers are not recorded. All were built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9700 was built in April of 1950 and retired in February of 1965 after just 15 years of service. |
