Built by the Milwaukee Roads very own shops sometime between 1903-13, this little switcher was one of over 160 built during that time. The original number was changed in 1938 to one in the 1400 series. Original specs - class I5-a, 51" drivers, 19x26" cylinders, 180 psi boiler pressure. No exact date was given in the 1940's fro the photo so an approximate was used. This is a Kruschke photo. |
